  • Question 1: Are you the straw machines manufacturer?

    Answer:
    Yes,we have our own branch:Hangzhou Longer Machinery Co.,Ltd. Manufacture the straw machines.

  • Question 2: If we buy the straw machines from you, how do we install it?

    Answer:
    1-We will send one engineer to help you install the machines and training about 5-7 days.
    2-Remote service:We have the full automatic series LG-A11,LG-58S,LG058YS,LG-52EB,LG-56S,
     all can training and instruction online or by Video call.
    3-We have full details Installation Manual and Videos.

  • Question 3: How do we order the straw machines from you?

    Answer:
    1-You send us and inquiry by email,and give us the necessary informations.
    2-Once we received your inquiry,we will communicate with you and send you the quotation too.
    3-Confirm all the details, then we will send you the proforma invoice.
    4-When we receive your deposit, we arrange production.
    5-When the machine is ready, we will notify you by email to come for inspection, or we will send you a video of the testing.
    6-After you confirm the test results, before shipping, you arrange to pay the balance, we also prepare the machine packaging and spare parts, as well as export shipping and other matters.
    7-When we get the bill of lading, we will arrange the documents and send to you by DHL.
    8-Price term:EXW,FOB ,CNF ,CIF.
    9-Payments term:T/T , L/C.
