Q: If we buy the straw machines from you, how do we install it?
1 - We will send one engineer to help you install the machines and training about 5-7 days.
2 - Remote service: We have the full automatic series LG-A11, as well as export shipping and other matters. all can training and instruction online or by Video call.
3 - We have full details Installation Manual and Videos.
Q: How do we order the straw machines from you?
1 - You send us and inquiry by email, and give us the necessary informations.
2 - Once we received your inquiry, we will communicate with you and send you the quotation too.
3 - Confirm all the details, then we will send you the proforma invoice.
4 - When we receive your deposit, we arrange production.
5 - When the machine is ready, we will notify you by email to come for inspection, or we will send you a video of the testing.
6 - After you confirm the test results, before shipping, you arrange to pay the balance.
7 - When we get the bill of lading, we will arrange the documents and send to you by DHL.
Price term: EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF. Payments term: T/T, L/C.
