WHAT IS STRAW MAKING MACHINE？

Full Automatic Straw Making Machine LG-A11 series is composed of Auto loader, Hopper dryer, Full automatic servo extruder, Mold, Automatic inner diameter adjustment device, Cooling water tank, Super blower, Straw servo hauling and cutter, Gathering belt etc. After heating PLA/PBAT/PP materials and extruding them from the mold, the machine starts to run automatically after setting the corresponding specifications on the machine according to the requirements, and then produces the corresponding straws after cooling in the water tank, blowing, and hauling and cutting.

THE FEATURES OF STRAW MAKING MACHINE

Full Automatic Straw Making Machine LG-A11 series is our most advanced straw extruder.
The main features of this series are as follows:
Automatically adjust the inner diameter, wall thickness and length of the straw according to the touch screen settings.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC and servo motor to ensure automatic operation of the whole line.
 
Dual touch screen design, simpler and more convenient operation.
 
Special screw design can produce the PLA/PBAT/PHA/PP straws.
 
The newly designed water tank can realize XYZ direction adjustment, as well as increase water storage and water circulation.
Equipped with a super dryer to dry the moisture on the surface of the straw.

Full Automatic Straw Making Machine

The control part of the Full Automatic Straw Making Machine is composed of PLC, servo motor, inner diameter adjustment device, etc. The inner diameter, wall thickness, length, speed, etc.
Can be set on the touch screen, and the machine will automatically adjust to get the corresponding straw.
Digital operation is simple and clear. The nano far-infrared heater is energy-saving and efficient, 2/3 faster than ordinary heatter, and has precise temperature control. The new water tank has added XYZ direction adjustment, as well as an additional water storage tank, internal circulation system and vacuum pump, which makes the operation more convenient.
This model is a true fully automatic model.

Economic Straw Making Machine

Economic Straw Making Machine is our standard model and is also a common model in the market.
The whole machine control part is equipped with inverter and AC motor, and the inner diameter and length are adjusted manually. The temperature control part uses Omron temperature controller and ordinary mica heating coil. This model is Economic and is
suitable for customers with experience in straw production. Of course, we also provide after-sales installation services, and customers can learn and operate on site.
